The last one is Australian, quibble-king. And the other ones are about not drinking and then driving. Because drink-driving isn't illegal, it's just stupid. DUI is illegal.

Also, I am English, it has a dash in it, don't sniffily tell me how my own language is used.

Well that can't possibly be right, because you just said that "drink-driving" means drinking, then driving!
My god, I'm actually trying to talk sense into
Vivian. Where did I go so horribly wrong?

Yes. Drinking then driving. What?
Anyway, there is a legal limit on drink-driving. Suggesting there is legal amount of drink-driving to be done below that limit.
Dude, better than you have tried and failed.

I might be getting confused and although I'm not 100% sure, I think (
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-mid-wales-20612415) Powys council have got it right.
Quote:
The council said that "as well as the usual messages surrounding anti drink-driving, the council's road safety unit is reminding people drunk walking can also be a problem".

Totally agree! Don't drink and walk - stay in the pub instead :)

Haven't found anywhere here yet that does lock-ins. Do they have those in the US, I wonder?
