On NV's Sunlight Calculator, I input -.4 Latitude, -.8 Longitude and hit the calculate button. I'm getting this for an answer:
1/NaN/NaN (X/Y/Z)
Does this mean the difference is so small, it uses a default solution?

You should use positive degree measures for those, not negative decimals. It should be whatever you have for the lat/long for your moon on the celestial object which is the source of the sunlight.

I've used the calculator on all my missions, so I'm familiar with the input data. This is an abandoned mission; whoever made it put the data in there. I wasn't aware of the negative number issue.
When I was in school, I was happy to get a D- in math. Totally sucked at it.
