I thought it was a great mission except for having to check every door with the lockpicks to see which would open. Other than that is was cool.

Eternauta - The steaming grate is in the next set of street beyond the Potions Shop (which you can't get into). Turn around so the grate is behind you and look up above the archway you just emerged from. There's an open window. :)

I've missed the Mask somewhere. Can someone give me a clue where to look for it? I've got all the other items but I'm still a bit short on cash too.
Never mind! As usual, as soon as I posted, I found the place I'd missed. In case anyone else is stuck there's a door to the right of the big warehouse door that you can pick. Inside, move the boxes against the far wall and you'll get into the warehouse. The Mask is in a chest there.
