I remember many years ago someone had the determination to make a very large mission and was told by everyone that it was impossible & dromed/Thief would never handle it. Does anyone know what happened to this mission and was it ever completed?

Pretty vague since I feel like I've seen many people told that over the years. First thing that comes to mind, however, is the Hammerite Imperium by Alexius.

Apart from the many campaign projects I remember an ambitious project by a certain Ellandria, who wanted to build a huge city.....which unfortunately never saw the light of the day.
