I'm actually going to put an Amazon order through in the next day or two, so if you want it gunny I'd be more than happy to get it for you.

Since you've dealt with shipping to USA for a game before, what do you estimate the costs would be from you to me, Matthew? Oh, and thanks for the offer, and Eva thank you for the link. :)

From $6 to none, depending on what mood I'm in/how much booze and porn I have consumed the day before

Dude, thanks SO much, Matthew. I cannot do it this time, but will you PLEASE let me know the next time you get ready to order from Amazon? I would appreciate it forever.

Hey guys/gals
i'm new to the modding scene and am trying to learn what the codes do and how it effects game play can anyone on here help me in my journey? like for instance what file contains the code for aggressive arrest in the ss mod if I can learn where to look and what im looking for i can use trial and error to learn, I'm a learn by doing type so any help would be great....a modding swat4 for dummies would be right up my alley lol :D
thanks in advance for any help/suggestions

I'm considering getting a copy of Swat 4 Gold... I liked Swat 3. Is it significantly better than Swat 3? Or rather, a better question, is it a good enough game for me to bother? (I guess that's pretty stupid to ask, considering everyone in here obviously likes swat 4. Just trying to convince myself that it's worth it so that it doesn't become just another impulse buy because I'm just interested in Swat.)
Hmm, could I trouble you with getting a copy Matthew? If not, That's fine. I can get it from ebay or amazon. There's a cheap copy on ebay.
hey vyper, if you are not a spammer, please reply with a quote of this post in your response.

Yes. I personally liked SWAT 3 more, but the fourth one is definitely worth getting for anyone who liked the third. Also, seriously, it's like 10 dollars, you won't go broke if you buy it. :)
EDIT: By the way, I recommend the Sheriff's Special Forces mod for the game. It tweaks the game mechanics and adds some extra levels too, I liked it.

That Sheriff's Special Forces mod, does it basically refine the game or does it change it in ways that render the mod a bit of a love/hate thing, as is the case with a fair number of realism mods for games?

(
optiwand ) SSF Realism Mod is fine.
Things I've noticed:-
* You can carry 5 door wedges per slot instead of one, thus making them a more sensible choice to take along on missions.
* The animations for equipping/unequipping the optiwand and Leatherman have been sped up.
* A.I. squaddies deploy grenades faster when breaching/prior to clearing a room.
* Maybe real world names for everything on the pre-mission equipment screen?
