I've read in these forums that 1000 of the max loot is unattainable (loot in Garrett's home), however, I finished 900 short of the max (4006 out of 4906). I seem to remember a hard to see small ring next to some coin stacks and was thinking maybe it was worth 100 and some people may have missed it.

That's interesting! Thanks for setting that straight,nchw68! I'll have to replay it sometime and actually keep a list. I don't believe I ever found that ring. There is a large amount of loot that can't be picked up though. This was confirmed by Purah, but I guess he never actually totalled it up. :)

Hey! you're right, just finished this mission (great mission by the way:thumb: ) and I was exactly 900 loot short also. Maybe there's something we're missing! :confused:

Guess what? I replayed it and came up only 800 short of the total listed as available. :cheeky:
I added up the standard values of the items in Garrett's cottage that would normally be things you'd pick up and came up with 700g. It's possible that the value of one of the items is not standard, though I doubt it. I wonder if there's still another 100g. waiting to be found somewhere?

I wonder how many FM's have inaccurate loot counts and/or loot that's unattainable. I'll bet there are alot.

It's always a possibility in almost any of them, unless it's been noted that someone has found all the loot. I suspect there's quite a few, but you can't be sure unless someone goes into the mission through dromed and verifies it, like Purah did. He didn't give us a specific amount, however, so we're still guessing a bit. :)
