I noticed that in NewDark, the movement of the archers in T1 was changed to match T2 (they no longer run and shoot at you from a distance when they see you, they just stand there and back up slowly). Is there a way to reverse this? I loved what they had in T1, the archers were actually smart.

There is no T1 NewDark. There's just T2 NewDark, which happens to also run T1 missions. So wherever the two engines differ, it's going to be like T2.

Though what's weird is that bunnyhopping still works in T1, so that means the guard movements are controlled by the exe file, but not Garrett's

just mentioned this in the TFix topic, it seems like there is no way of using the T1 AI routines under Newdark, so you will either have to live with it, or switch back to DDFix.

Which file controls bunnyhopping exploit in Thief 1 - "exe" file or other, (e.g. DARK.GAM)?

I don't think it's a gamesys thing.
