I've just finished this amazing fm. I don't normally play T1 fms because I have trouble with seeing anything but this was too good to miss. 2 years ago when this thread started there was talk of a second level. Did anything happen? And Nightwalker, do you still have a loot list?

Many thanks and yes another one like that would be great.

Must agree, really amazing level. The city design and attention to minute details was just incredible, linen cupboard at the inn, water closets at the bottom of the stairs etc. Very realistic! Gameplay was really fun too, although, eh, sometimes a bit too difficult... :) Level design on this FM is probably one of the closest to commercial quality. :thumb:

I finally finished this spectacular but extremely difficult mission. Even with the lootlist, I still had trouble finding some of the secret switches, but I managed to find the 3825 maximum loot. Expert difficulty really means it in this one.

TBN is a bit of a bugger in a few places but still one of my all time fave T1 missions. I might just dig it up tomorrow....let's see that FM folder T1E..

Just playing/enjoying this amazing, hard mission but still can't find the way to the Hammerites - second gate won't open with the lever, the underwater way is closed, is there any other way in?

If you're travelling via the underwater tunnel, one direction will be blocked when you reach its end, but the other direction will lead to a deep well. I had to use two rope arrows here to make it all the way up, IIRC.
Others have said you can enter the Hammerite cathedral by using a rope arrow on the balcony railing on the left side (facing the cathedral), but I was not able to mantle onto the railing, so I got in using the underwater tunnel behind the Bridge Inn.

What difficulty setting are you playing on? I seem to remember that you can't get into the cathedral on Normal and possibly not on Hard.

Played on expert, lost saves, now playing on normal - that explains everything, I must start for the third time on expert again. Thanks.
