In Lost City briefing at 0:46 and 1:14 in lower right corner is shown someone in a hood who looks like a keeper. Does anyone have any clues about who's that?

The face of the figure reminds me of the Precursor masks from Thief 2 (and the Servant masks). I think that's probably just a statue.

The figure appears to be quite detailed. Two things strike my eyes here: The eye (no detail, as if it was a glass-made eye-"replacement") and the lines in the figure's hood. They are not parallel to the curve of the hood itself, but intersect it at a 90-degree angle.
I interpret both of this details as signs that the figure is actually a statue, as T-Smith said. Furthermore, I would not know why someone would stand still near all the wreckage stacked up right behind. It looks like an unstable stack, and I wouldn't turn my back on it.
Last but not least, some of the lines engraved in the figure's face could also be explained easily if one assumes it's a statue. On the other hand, it could as well be an old person, possibly wearing some kind of mask which covers the eyes, but probably not the mouth.
Although this figure looks a lot like a keeper (you know, a hooded cloak is almost a giveaway for keepers in the first game, or maybe it's their unofficial uniform? Oh well...), I could not imagine why an ancient city should have a statue of a keeper there - unless the keeper organisation is as ancient as the Lost city.
Maybe the developers thought a keeper statue might be OK in a place that was used for storing the fire talisman by the keepers. But I can just speculate.

The keeper logo is present on statues, stone walls and some books. It's quite frequent around the "keeper grotto" in "The Haunted Cathedral", where
the locations of the talismans are written down
. If you mean a painted keeper logo on a wall, however, then I do not remember having seen one either. And I have not found the logo in either form in "Lord Bafford's Manor" as well.

I might remember wrong, but I think the first shot is the place that reads on the map and/or is told in the cutscene that the keepers had left some supplies there and marked it. Iirc, it is a secret.

I can't check it myself at this time, but it's been said recently, by Scytale, that there's a Keeper symbol on the wall by the arrow cache in the "Bafford's" mission. I'd like to see a screenshot.
Quote:
There is a Keeper keyhole icon next to the little niche. Maybe they thought you needed a little help making money off of Lord Bafford...
Since the first image Spix put up here was taken in-game or in DromEd for the briefing, I'd like to know if the symbol by the nook looks just like this or not. That symbol and it's un-glyph-like and template-painted appearance is tentatively going to be used in my fanfic.
I've been wanting to fire up Dark Project to check it out. I certainly don't remember coming across a texture that looked like it. I think it would've been cool to see it once and a while, like finding a notebook with the keyhole on the cover for the first time and thinking,
Waaaaiit a minute.... And getting annoyed at those Keepers for letting me do all the dirty work when they're certainly able to help more than they like to admit.;)

All right! Hey, thanks for the screenies!
That's funny! The Keeper's left a clue in the briefing video ("Locate the place seen in these few frames of the briefing video, Garrett, and you'll be close to finding help."), which supports the map, that points to the niche. Apparently they didn't have THAT much faith in Garrett to figure it out!:joke:
I wonder if Scytale saw it in the mission (TDP? Gold? Patched?) or if his imagination put two and two together in a bit of confabulation? Thanks, Fig455, for your efforts.

Perhaps it was originally going to be hiding spot complete with frobable stone to open but they didn't implement it.

A possibility, indeed.
