[T2 20th Anniversary Contest] - Custom (but legal) shared resources

Same concept as the thread for the T1 contest (you can read all about it (https://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=148482) here.
Since, I took the time to gather resources that are specific to localization such as new sounds used in the German version and the infamous warrior Skello and his ghoul friends in the French version (but beware the ghouls have a hideous UV wrapping :p ).

I'm gonna post more in the following weeks such as skins, sounds and textures and hopefully a fixed ghoul mesh.

You may (or may not) have noticed the very rare 'Ol' Blind Pew Magillacuddy' skin. Pew is a reformed Pirate turned rich entrepreneur, and actually lost his sight in a cutlery related incident whilst dining out in a fancy restaurant.

I come again with the fixed UVmapping of the ghoul and a reupload of the original files which seems to be deleted.
Also I uploaded the contents from the T2 demo which contains unused skins and two new models (Mechanist swordsman and most strangely the SS2 robot)!

In total the pack contains:

- Alternative theme for Trail of Blood
- Alternative theme for Shipping and Recieving
- Alternative mechanist statue sound

MESHES:
- Two ghouls (one with the default texture and one with a replaceable texture; the uvmapping have been fixed courtesy of Firemage
- Conquistadore skeleton
- Mechanist swordsman
- SS2 robot

SKINS:
- Alternative mechanist priest skin
- 2 Alternative policeman skin
- Alternative long-robbed guard skin (very subtle!)
