Sometimes when Elizabeth mantles (climbs) onto something, her breathing sounds a bit exaggerated - like the cool-down from an orgasm.
Find the Emergency Exit tunnel (use your map)...
Philflound on 14/12/2007 at 12:09
For those who are stuck with the emergency exit.
Here's a big hint, and no big deal to hide it in a spoil.
Close the door after you enter it.

Magnificent, sensut - just loved everything about this,
including the full-width room "almost" mirror.
You just keep raising the bar. :thumb:
And where do you keep finding all the great artwork?
Just one little thing -
was I supposed to finish up back where the story is being told? Ended for me back in the cell.
Are we being spoiled lately or what...

I was making my way about my goals...made it to some kind of wood shed looking place behind the theater and grabed an ice arrow from the ceiling and "woosh!" I was zapped back to my cell. What happened ???
Happened to me too - what was that all about?

I can't find the emergency exit. Any more tips?
Nightwalker on 14/12/2007 at 22:19
jericho There's a private courtyard (rather large) outside the private apartments. There's a door on the far side that opens into a small room where there's a dead man on the floor. You'll find the entrance to the tunnels there.

I'm finding the teleportation to be rather strange. I tested 2 betas and both times were able to grab that ice arrow with no problems. I'm going to begin play on the finished mission hopefully tonight and see what happens. I'll let you guys know if it happens to me. I know there weren't many changes from the 2nd beta to final.
As for the emergency exit and the conference room, here's a big spoil if you need it. Don't read this if you don't want alot of help with this section.
To reach the emergency exit, you need to get into the mansion part and get your keys from your personal bedroom. When you go down the main staircase, you can go either left or right and there are huge double doors in rooms that lead to the inner courtyard. There is one guard walking around the snow, not much of a threat from any standard.
There is a door across from the mansion which contains a frozen body with spectacles by him (that's a loot). Close the door when you are inside and you will see a lock. Use YOUR keys and unlock the trap door. Go down into the tunnels. There are 4 passages. When you get down there, you hear yourself say it is dark. I personally turned on the oil lamps, which you can just frob.
The one tunnel leads back to the prison where you can pick up the lever and open the gate. The second tunnel leads to the crypt area and the third obulous or however you spell it. The third tunnel leads to the emergency exit which just says that, but you can't actually leave by it. The last one brings you to a ladder, which you climb and there is a lock. Open it with YOUR keys and you will be in the conference room.
Good luck.

Ok, I got into the mission and I discovered two things. I don't get teleported back when grabbing the ice arrow in the wood shed. I also see that the purse on the patrolling guard outside is no longer on him. So if the total loot is 7350 still, then the 100 of the purse has been moved somewhere else. One other thing I discovered is that when I shot an archer with the ice arrow, I couldn't loot his arrows. So I guess icing anyone with a frobbable object is a bad idea.
