I've been playing about ten minutes but I've been chugging along in the outside areas. Lags pretty hard in some areas. Any suggestions for that?

I found the same but if you try to avoid looking down into the swirling black smog between the buildings - not always possible - it was then fine for me.

I missed
that ring. That got me over the mark. Still a lot short though. I shall have to wait for a loot list to see where I went wrong.
