I am enjoying the mission except for the laggyness. I have just gone over the wall and entered the church. Will the laggyness ever stop or be fixed in a future version?

There is a note somewhere, saying that hitting a certain Saint twice will open an entrance. I tried it on the statue in the church, but with no effect.
Did i miss something ?

Have to say I'm really enjoying this FM! This one has already provided me with four hours of fun - [SPOILER]skeletons notwithstanding. (Not looking forward to facing this 'Bone King', though.[/SPOILER] I do have a question about [SPOILER]the secret meeting room, the one you can only enter after you 'smell the flowers'. Are there any secrets or secret entrances here? It looks like the lone statue or one of the paintings should move, but I've searched everywhere and can't find any secret switches.[/SPOILER] Am I just spinning my wheels here?
Regarding the coin [SPOILER]that's supposed to be on the floor of the main room of the belltower; is that the room with the guest book and the bowl on the table and will it only appear after the 'find Charity' objective checks off? Or is it in the secret room with the crypts underneath that room? I've been down there, but couldn't find a coin there either and had to restart from the previous save because I couldn't get back up to the room above.[/SPOILER]
