I´m having problems with this mission. During install GarrettLoader tries and tries but nothing happens. Anyone else with this problem?
Maybe I should download it again and see what happens.
Same problem for me too.
Does this mean I must install DarkLoader to get this mission to work? There is nothing I can do with GarretLoader instead?
Any help appreciated, thank you. :)
It's on the ground less than ten paces from where you start, underneath a shop sign.
Btw. did anyone manage to go down the ladder to the cells without taking some damage?
Yes, I did but I had to set the option "Attach to ladders: Jump" and even then it took several tries. I could never do it with it set on "touch"
I just replayed this mission and it still took me 2.5 hours to finish. Alas, I'm still 15 short of the max loot so it looks like I missed the same thing as the first go around.

Read my post on this page about 6 posts down from the start of this thread.
Just make sure you install origional T2 game in Gar Loader before messing with Darkloader.

Navagation globe:
In a locked chest in the Pirate Inn. You have to get the key in the Cheap Inn.
Captains room in the warehouse is where the mission ends when you have all the other objectives completed.

I suspect the axe is in the weapons shop but can not open the door or find another way in. Any help? Also I found the key for the horn, but what is it supposed to do? Thanks!

this is an incredibly frustrating mission! I'm not a ghoster, so I was forced to use my sword fairly often - which I rarely do against the living. made me feel like I was not playing Garrett at all... anyone else think the AI sensitivity was way too high? or maybe it was a problem with sound areas; I kept being heard (and hearing guards) though thick walls, in buildings, etc... also, why were there so few private guards? I would think some of the bluecoats should have been just regular (KOable :thumb: ) guards, watching the hotel, and residences...
that said, I really like the complexity of the city! I had no idea where I was, or how large the place was, because everything connects :) I would have liked a few more open windows and secret places, though maybe I just haven't found them yet. great job making it feel like part of something larger, not just a 'this is where the mission is' chunk of buildings :)
anyway, I'm looking for the key to the cells in the prison - I hear there's something I need down here to get upstairs. any help?
also, I may have found an exploit to get the engine: to get past the locked gate, shoot a rope arrow up into the wood in the tall ceiling. climb up, even though it doesn't want to let you; you can squeeze through. to get back, use another arrow or (if you are out) stack the crates nearby.
