About the walking statues, did you enter the room of the legends ? There you may understand what's going on ;)
Good point about the Dark zone, but I don't see how I would have managed to do such a thing, as I based the gameplay and design of the mission on the player's freedom (at least I tried). You can choose to keep it as the very last thing to do if you want.

Well, maybe he just fell down, but there is a protective spirit at the bottom of the abyss, just under the entrance to the LIGHT area (where the wooden beams are).. I met him by using the stone potion.
EDIT: I meant the light area, not air

Ah I see, he's the protective soul patrolling after the meeting. Well yeah, he's not supposed to be down there, he just fell I guess. :)

\o/ Yay, I finished, but boo :(. I finished it. But where is that last painting?? You know the one I mean...the one that is really hard to find. Got the one in the rafters in the south star, and the one in the caves behind that guys bedroom, so it wasnt those...

I, too, am having a terrible time with the light maze. Any help would be nice-I must have tried 1000 times and died every time. I do not see any light path. Turned gamma all the way up and down. I also had a problem setting the book down in Thales quarters. I tried everywhere and when I got frustrated I threw the book on the floor a few steps after entering his quarters(just after jumping the little ditch thingy and entering door on left, not where his bed is located) and ding ding, objective ticked off! Thanks for any help! (PLEASE!)

You can bring back the book of names whenever you want.
I don't understand. Where exit? I have all objectives except
