I'm stuck where is the light room, i have the light key, is it in the north star area, i have been through the dark zone.
any help would be appreciated

It is in the North star.

Lovely, lovely set of FMs, DrK. Can't wait for the other 3 remaining FMs from this campaign (it's probably going to take quite a while, eh? :(). Oh well, I'm sure the wait will be worth it :)

Gah, I'm two paintings short! Is there a list anywhere of the locations so I can find the missing ones?

Bobber, the crashing paintings issue was due to the fact there are too many texture palettes in your install, mainly because you play with a graphic pack. Try to play with a clean install of the original game.
Paintings locations :
South star
- 2 in the huge library
- 1 in Thales quarters
- 1 in the Room of the readings
- 1 in the Souls quarters
- 1 above the storage room, you can have it with a secret. Look for a hidden lever near the smoke wall. Btw, there is a reference to Gaetane's fms here, will you recognize it ?
- 1 in the tower
- 1 in Soul Vlain desk
North star
- 1 in the meeting room
- 1 in the room of the legends hidden passage
- 1 in the dining room
- 1 near the Room of the keys
- 1 in Tahsel's quarters, in a secret. Look for a hidden lever behind the bed.
- 1 in the Light maze, in the Light aera
- 1 in Dumah's quarters

Six enjoyable hours into the mission (I've been making a meal of it :)), but I'm now a bit stuck - I can't get into the Water Zone & Air Zone, because I can't find the things that belonged to organisms living in air & water.

DrK, I'm still missing one blankety-blank painting! I can't figure out which one I'm missing. You say there are two in the big library (the entrance library, I assume); I recall one was very obvious, on the wall opposite the north haunt guard. Where is the other? (I may have already gotten it, but I should at least check.)
