Wrong interpreter, the one you call Tahsel is in fact Thesal, his brother.
Never thought there would be so much confusion in names. At first the interpretors were a single entity who got split in 3 people (don't ask, it's about poetry and symbolism).
Thales is named after the word "tales", he's related to magic, mysticism...
Thesal is named after the word "thesis", he's related to science and logic.
Tahsel is a mix of both, he was supposed to be the more balanced of them.
Go in Workshop 3, there is a hidden passage behind the crates. You'll end up in Tahsel's quarters, where you'll find the appropriate key.
And the Trickster's herb is in the South star kitchens. I don't understand clearly, did you throw it somewhere, or you didn't find it ?
If you lost it somewhere, don't bother for it is a bonus, you only need to get darkness and light keys to complete the mission. At least you have a good excuse to play it again :cheeky:

Thanks Drk, this is very intresting stuff. By the way, the trickster's herb was mistakenly, "thrown" from my inventory by mistake, meaning i was actually looking for a flash bomb. Somehow I completely forgot where I was.
Thanks, Gillie too for your assistance.
Very nice mission thus far, 3-hours playing time.
Now if I can get that key from the interpreter's Quarters via the secret passage, i can get to the dark zone. :thumb: :)

PS Sorry I haven't setup spoilers.................

Too many pages already for this mission. I did a search for "way out" and "ending" without success.
How does the mission end? I thought it would be by the elevator that took me down at the beginning. I've BJ'd about half a dozen guys to get down there, but there was no elevator button to bring the platform down.

Thales tells you to go back to Soul Vlain, the exit is at the portals.
Did the book of names objective fully work ?

Think I mixed you up more like. I was actually going to ask too, If you had meant the other Interpretor,I did realise after.
As long as you get there. :ebil:
Night walker edited and covered the spoilers, it is for people who may not have played yet, who do not want to know and not read it unless they want too things which gives it away. I did not want to give away the secret.

Did the book of names objective fully work ?The Objective clicked off for me if that's what you're asking.
Portals?

Ok.....I found out what you meant....that kind of portal "hub" with about 12 gated entranceways, only 2 of which open by missions end. A 3rd leading to missions conclusion was one of the outside portals.
Now I only have 7/10 secrets. I'll keep looking before I walk into the end point.

I found the secret passage to the Interpreter's room, and now am finding myself in the "Dark Zone." Now to figure out the combination.:thumb:
I noticed a rather small switch in a nearby room close to the dark zone combination code. Does anyone know what this actually does, because I've hit it and a cloud being shows up, but nothing can be done?:thumb:

A cloud being??
Did it resemble a number?
