The first link in the archive is TTLG. Darklurker is the second. I am downloading from both sites now to test them. I will replace the files if there is a problem. Thanks for reporting that Lady Taffer.
I checked the Darklurker file, and it works just fine for me. I can't get the TTLG to download right now, but I'll try it again tomorrow.

Same here - the Darklurker download went fine and unzip tells me there's no error in the file, while the TTLG download just halted after some time.
I guess Lady Taffers' problems might be connected to (but not caused by) the comparatively large file size of ANIR3. Shorter files may have a smaller chance of "catching" a transmission error during download.
Unfortunately, all this does not tell us whether the source of these errors is somewhere between the file servers and Lady Taffer's home (meaning she could not do much about it) or somewhere inside her home (which would mean she could do something about it and even has to do it, for it's her hardware that would be faulty, then).

Well I don't know what the heck is going on. . the file I downloaded from southquarter showed up in Darkloader, but when I tried to play it it gave me another error message. . . . this time in French. :nono:

oh, no madame, i guess :D
-your thief 2 instalation got corrupt (reinstall it again)
-your Darkloader got corrupted(reinstall it again)
-some scripts need find? try some onesand try with anothers too if you need.
-get a good antispy, update it, configure it, inmunise, and run it every week.
-get an antivirus, update it, configure it, and run it every week.
do it, step by step, try it, i do it when some thing seems wrong, think on it we are downloading many zip/rar files from internet and some thing can get corrupted.

Maybe. . but how would my Thief 2 or Darkloader programs be corrupted when all the other FMs work just fine?

Sounds like another corrupted download. Since ANIR3 is a french mission translated to english, some files inside might still use french error messages when an error is detected, even if you use an english (german, italian, russian, martian:cheeky: , ...)
Thief 2 version.
The zip file obviously shows up in Darkloader because Darkloader's unzip component did not detect the errors in the file. This can happen if there are errors in the file data as well as in checksums used to determine whether the file is OK or corrupted.
I think you should try to download another large mission from one of the download sites you tried, and see whether that works fine (meaning it's some weird error only occurring with ANIR3) or yields a corrupted file as well. The latter would mean that there is some problem with the downloads, somewhere between you and the download servers. As I said, a long file means it's more likely to get corrupted when there are problems with downloads.
I only remember one very large file right now: The
Ruins of Originia campaign, more that 200 megabytes in size if I remember that correctly. That's a bit more than ANIR3.
There is one other thing you can do: Open a Windows console (e.g., by clicking "Start", selecting "Run" and typing "cmd" into the window which just opened - for older Windows versions, use "command" instead of "cmd"), then type "ping -n 500 www.southquarter.com". The window will now be filled slowly with similar-looking lines. Each line means that your computer has sent a test signal to the Southquarter site, and got a response from the site as well.
After several minutes, the lines will not appear any more, and some statistics are displayed, for example: "500 packets transmitted, 500 received, 0% loss" (and a bit more). If there are more packets transmitted than received, then your computer did not get an answer for some of the packets - these are "lost", meaning your "% loss" number will be above zero. If more than five to ten packets are lost, it is likely a problem with the connection between your computer and the Southquarter site.
You can then use the ping command with another internet site, preferrably located in your country. If a similar amount of packets get lost, it is likely that the problem is located near you. Probably, either your hardware is defective, or your internet service provider has a problem.
Unfortunately, some sites do not answer to the ping command, and you get 100% packet loss from there. The Circle seems to be such a site. If you lose 100% of all the packets, select another site for testing ("pinging").

Wish I could help, but it doesn't come from my mission. trouble is from the server, your internet connection or your thief 2 install, I don't know.
I can't do anything to solve your problem :(

Error messages in French - at least the ones I've encountered so far - seems to origin from DarkLoader, since Darkloader crashes along with some other windows system programs. I've had it several times now and usually this sort of crash brings the whole system into an unstable state, so you'll probably have to reboot after this happens. I don't know anything about the reason of the crash nor how to prevent it from happening but it's quite serious if it can bring the whole system down.

Do you use any download managers? They are programmed to compensate for error on transmission breaks. I downloaded ANIR3 from all the links I found it on at once (was four or five including those you tried, some had different file name, but same file), and went thru the mission like a breeze.
Edit: archive's size is 168 803 063 bytes, CRC32 is BE66556F. If you have different, it's a transmission error. If same, it is a problem on your machine.
Edit2: Bauchelin, IIRC, lost packets would affect only transmission speed, not contents, because they require acknowledgment to be sent back. (Yeah, I know the Venetian generals problem, but losing an ACK won't be critical).
