Hi.....I'm playing Smuggler's Request for the second time (on Normal) and am stuck at the same place I was before; I can't find & kill the Captain of the Guard. Not the Smuggler Captain....I already wasted him in his cell. I've completed all the other goals except this one & have even run around the entire area shooting arrows into all the inert forms of the guards, but none of them seems to be the Captain. Thanks for any help!
P.S. When I'm finished playing this fm on Normal I'm gonna have to go back & play it on Hard, since I've been going crazy trying to get to all the places you can't get to while playing in the easy mode. God I love this forum!! :cheeky:

Did you climb out a window in the jail and make your way along a ledge? From the end of that ledge, you should have jumped over to a balcony and entered a suite of rooms. The man standing in front of the fireplace there is the Captain of the Guard.

I think I just ko'd him, then dumped him (& the chick) over the balcony. I'll go back & put an arrow in him just to be sure. Thanks again, Nightwalker! You always save the day!! :)

hi,
i am playing 'smugglers request'. it's a fantastic mission, intriguing and full of atmosphere but the problem is i'm stuck (as usual :o ). can anyone tell me;
[SPOILER]where can i find garrett's stash? i've looked in the sewers but i can't find anything except a sword near some spiders:eek: .[/SPOILER]
can anyone give me hint? cheers :thumb: .

Not quite. You need to go past the place with the spiders where you find the sword and you'll enter a room you could see into near the beginning of the mission. Rope arrow up above and you'll find the weapons USED to be here. You'll then get new objectives to get into the watch station and get your weapons from there.

thanks to everyone for the hints:) . i actually found out where garrett's stuff was when;

i've finished the fm now - it was brilliant, one of the best i've ever played :thumb: .
