Thanks, and I'm glad you enjoyed the mission!
The loot items in the past do not count towards the final loot count, so don't worry about them.

Ok, I've got the staff of light, but where to use it? I tried to cross the aybss with it, but I just fell through into the lava. . .unless that wasn't the abyss? If not, where is this abyss the monk was talking about?

Some hints.
1.
Have you found the 3 serpent rings to make the key for the triangular lock up the tower from the library.2.
When you have done you will receive some help from a guiding hand.3.
You'll be led to another part of the maze where you have to place an item.4.
Have you found your way down a chimney. 3. what?
i tried with the artifact but it won't work....

i tried with the artifact but it won't work.... No, something you will find where Nickie's 4th hint said. If you don't know where that is, go back to the cloister and look at the roofs.

Thanks Ali and Gloria, i can´t believe i missed that. Well i´ve finished the mission, that was two lovely hours that i spent playing this treasure, once again you have suprise me Ali, this is a mission of great quality, beautifull monastry, relaxing atmosphere, captivating story and gameplay, beautifull musics except the metal music that i didn´t like the one that appears when heading to the exit (well).
Many thanks for this masterpiece Ali, you are an outstanding Artist!!!;)
Looking foward for more...:thumb:

I'm having a great time with this mission, still stumbling through a few places, but I think I'm close to the end now.
I've noticed a couple of places where the architecture "falls a little short":
# In the southeast section of the outdoors area, the outer north/south wall (the one with the barrels and crate on top that you can climb) doesn't quite reach the tower to the south.
# In the room south of the Mechanist chapel (the one with the staircase to the upper level, and the small courtyard to the west) the pole supporting the upper platform above the stairs doesn't quite reach all the way down.
Are these gaps intentional due to some technical problem, like scene complexity (loved that note, BTW) or just an oversight?
EDIT: OK, I've found the combination lock, but the clues provided are not giving me the right answer. I get the combination
A13B4C2D, but it doesn't work. Can anyone point out to me what I'm doing wrong here?
I'm stuck here... I've read the rules and your advice, but am still stuck. I was able to get ether & the life crystal in the meantime. I'm down to get this solved. As for the glyphs in the first maze next to the serpent key, I only found one glyph to open the gate to go upstairs and place "an object" on the empty pedestal... Which I did... This undead monk thing rules..... This is top 5 for sure....:thumb:

I do not open up the grid, any code I tried. Those who have a working combination, please write. Thank you in advance.:weird:

Apparently the code is in a Hints doc in the mission .zip. (named "Combo.txt").

Where is the bronze serpent? I have a dead monk key, but no idea where to use it.
