Do you have the proof book?, it's in the High Priest's room, then you need the Mechanist item, which is in the Mechanist's bedroom, you will recognize it for something inside it.

i figured it out i missed cutting that thin banner with sword,mission complete 1530 loot ,short about 200 loot not sure where that cant be,nice missions the music fit it perfect

It's mirrored in Cheap Thief Missions site. That's where I got it.

I must say this is absolutely not my cup of tea. The daylight and music really made this a slooow atmosphere, which in effect made me run through the mission. The eye candy is really nice, but doesn't do much to me - I can't really enjoy such things if there is no real story or gameplay. Architecture and design was nice, but with 15 AI that almost looked randomly placed that was not really interesting for me either. I realize you didn't aim for a Thievy FM, and I really liked some new eye candy - it just doesn't work for me without story or gameplay. I do hope to see more of your work though.

Unfortunately the version I put up at thiefmissions was outdated within a couple of hours, and the mission author has found yet another horrible file upload service to use which for whatever reason allowed me to download the initial version but prevents me from downloading the updated copy. So I'll updated it when I can update it.
Edit: Finally managed to get it; thiefmissions updated.

FM authors seem to have gotten away from getting their missions into the hands of the reliable community hosts like Thiefmissions, The Circle and SQ before posting the announce thread, and for releasing updates. Doing that would avoid the issues seen in this thread, so I encourage all authors to do so.
That being said, after I get the update and finish When Still..., I look forward to playing this!
