It is for decoration only. I had a plan to make a Hammerite come out on the balcony and chide whoever banged on it, but lacked the technical know-how at the time to make it happen.

Congratulations Melan, that was a very nice mission.
I discovered something that I didn't know about Thief, with this mission - I haven't read all the thread and I don't know if it's mentioned, but I'm gonna describe it anyway:
There is an arch somewhere on the south, on which you can get on top of it and there are I think about 5 boxes and a scroll. It's quite high, I would say 15 to 20 metres.
What I found out is that if you drop a box, there is a chance that it'll brake and a chance that it won't (if you just drop it with "R", not throw it with right click, because if you throw it, it'll brake 100%). If it doesn't brake, then if you drop on it (it'll brake upon your falling) there is a good chance that you don't lose any health at all.
I just thought I should note it, possibly it is something well known.

I´m playing this one on "Expert" mode i only need to exit the city now, but i don´t have the key to the gate, where is it? i have frobed a glyph in the Wall next to a keeper scroll, what should i do now?

Tomlinson is the armourer right? Also, I need the Landlord's key and I've no idea where it's at. I've read somewhere that he's at the Coronet? but I can't find the Coronet. All I can find is the Bar that's up on a high level, and I killed the guard there, and stole the golden cups up on the rafters. There's noone else there.
I'm stuck and I have a headache from all the roaming and looking for the Coronet. :confused:
Help please.
Another question...I thought I'd look for the key to the exit which is in the Lower Court, well, there's a closed gate that goes into Lower Court and I can't open it. It's right by the market stalls.

Tomlinson is the armorer, yes. The Coronet is near the Seeing Square and the pub you've been, it's on your map. If you still can't find it, here's a visual spoiler: (

Can someone tell me exactly where the exit key is? I have gone from the Seeing Square to where Coronet is, to make sure I covered all of Low Court, I've searched every window sill I could, from top to bottom and I cannot find that key. Please someone help me by telling me specifically where it is. Thanks

- The thieves' hideout, close to from where you roped up to the usurer's balcony. Thieves' key opens their hideout and also the exit from there to the sewers.
