I forgot to post this earlier, but was it just me, or did this mission seem a little too bright? I mean the ambient lighting - nowhere looked dark to me, everything was lit up pretty well, and it was a bit hard to see where I would be in shadow. I may have had settings off, but it hasn't been like that for other T2 missions I've played, so I think it's the mission

Yes, the mission was too bright. I noticed that right away. Not so bright you couldn't hide in the shadows but it should have been something like ambient 30 30 30.

Hello,
I only played the map for a few minutes. In that short time of playing I’m sorry to say I found many bugs! Here are the bugs that I found:
When lock picking some doors they didn’t sound like they were in front of me but they sounded very far away. I think this has something to do with the placement of the room brush?
Lighting – although this isn’t a bug as such it can still be very annoying when the map seems to be brightly illuminated everywhere! This really isn’t conceivable especially when in tunnels!
When entering the room full with water the door way was also water-full! Also I’m not sure why there is water in this room. It’s not conceivable that the room will be full with water and when you open the door it doesn’t all flow out.
I also think that the level lacks a lot of detail! Not enough images on walls etc.
Other than this it’s a great effort! You’ve done something I’ll probably never be able to do (CREATE A GOOD MAP!). Well Done.

That's the "water" room. I.e., there's a room for Earth, Fire, and Air as well. So the water room is, well, watery. Even the doorway.

Ok in relation to the whole brightness bit, I actually DO have the ambient set to 20, 20, 20. Remember, you can easily adjust your gamma settings in game with the + & - keys, since it'll show up differently on different cards/monitors. I'm always inthe habit of tweaking my gamma settings to maket he game look right.
As to those other things, KoM&G and Bruny are right, the Brothers have thier Elemental Scholars, kind of like the mages in T1 but minus the magic. Reading the various scriptures from the Tome of the Raven scattered about the level (hopefully) explains some of this. As far as the lack of detail goes, I never had the chance to touch on this as much as I wanted with the books, but the Brother's keep is was originally constructed by a much older race, and the Brotherhood has slowly been renovating it as should be evidence by the different architecture styles (at least that's what I was trying for LOL). Also, the Brotherhood is not as affluent as the Hammers or Mechanists, so only those high up like the Leiges have stuff to put on the walls. But feel free to email me with any more questions relating to these guys, for this certainly won't be Garrett's last run in with the Brotherhood of the Raven *evil meniachal laughter*

There was definately something wrong with that lighting though. I turned down the gamma nearly all the way to match the areas of "darkness" as indicated by the light gem. But this made the fully lit areas very dark also, so the contrasts were clearly...weird (also, if I switched to another mission using those gamma settings I couldn't see a thing).
With my non existant Dromed knowledge I'd say it looked like the mission had only been Quick Lit and/or there was a fog layer over the whole thing that wasn't working quite right.

Was there supposed to be some goal related to the arena? I never saw it, and I finished the game on the medium setting. What did I miss, and why, I wonder?
