Aye. I reloaded and tried again, but it didn't crash the second time. Must have just been a one-off thing.

Hats off to that zombie! I thought I would be clever and lead him into the streets as a distraction. The ensuing racket alerted two City Watch guards, who came to investigate. Naturally, they attacked the thing and it quickly went down (but it kept moaning). So they kept hacking away--for the remainder of the mission! I then slipped out of the sewers, closed the doors and went about my business.

Also in the dorway at Captain Benoit's doorway, if you stand in it just right the screen "splits in half" and the textures kind of blur across the screen, as if you're in a space with no textures... maybe a small untextured space exists there or something...
When I got the body sound to occur over and over (by the fountain) again it was by running up to the woman, bonking her, then throwing her in the left corner, all very quickly.

Where is the key to the city watch door next to the gate that has the sign re Alfeo's will re-open soon? I can see at least two guards in there.

IIRC it's on the belt of the guard who patrols in that area.

WOW! Absolutely GREAT FM!!! The architecture is breathtaking; the textures and sounds are fantastic! I usually don't bother with FMs that indicate there are zombies (or haunts or life-threatening ghosts), but after glancing through this thread I decided to take a chance (especially since there was only one of the damned things mentioned). And I am extremely glad I did! Never did run into that glitched zombie (thankyouGod), another fact for which I am very glad. Lots of explorable areas, though I would have loved it if you'd made the city larger (that's how good I thought this FM was; I wanted more!).

Sliptip, been finishing up tonight. been real fun, did have to drop by here a few times for hints(couldn't find lever in sewer or vault 2 code), now off to Vault 2
BTW, haven't had any chop issues today. Must've been something weird with my comp, it was after a fresh boot, but the comp had sat awhile Off, so might've just been cold ???

Yandros, the guard wandering there doesn't have a key for me, but if I let the guards inside see me they will run out and at least one of them has a key. I can't pick pocket it while they are chasing me, but I assume that isn't how I am supposed to get in there anyway.
