Got into the bookstore and was able to gain access to the storage shed near the docks in southquarter. But I am still stuck. I used the coil from the storage shed and placed it in the metal electrical power plate next to Stonemarket entrance. Is this correct? And also, the bookstore had a hidden message that Marcus has the private reading room key. Where is that and how can I get to teh docks... Or do I need to fulfill Stonemarket first? Also, theres a gate in black alley I cannot open. I would assume that the key for this is in Stonemarket.:p

Don't worry about the docks for now.
Keys The Private Reading Room key and the storage key are in Stonemarket.
You have to figure out the code for the electrics now you've placed the coil and blow the gate.

@Shadowcrawler - sorry about the chart, never occurred to me my testers that someone would slash it!
@FireMage - The Keeper is just watching over things, like they usually do. I don't understand what you're saying though about the code cheat and hitting the button with the broadhead..? What does that do?
@Emerald Wolf - You have the story mostly right. The Keeper you mentioned should be gassed for the secret - how did you get up there?

360". I blew it open and was able to get into almost everywhere. The shop next to the special arrow store cannot bve opened as of yet.:)

Brethren, you see your odometer behind the fence where a cop is impaled.
You have your button "reset" If my memory is good. We can't frob it if we don't find the code. So, if we just shot an arrow on this button, the odometer return to zero, and the lever is frobable. Don't the repair the coil near the Stonemarket's gate, don't need to find all tensions and the right code.

I have the TNT Gel, steel plate, but where the trigger core?
Renault on 17/4/2012 at 14:53
@Clearing - There's a shopping list in the Inventor's house that will give you a big hint on the location of the Trigger Core.

Getting to The Keeper: Starting from the balcony opposite the church fire a rope arrow into a wooden beam near the roof behind you. Climbing it will allow you to mantle up on the roof with a bit of luck (doesn't always work but persistance pays off). From there its easy to run across the grey section of sloped roof over to the church's balcony.
So is there anything else I can do with a blackjack other than knocking out a keeper the hard way?
Also I'm missing one secret. Got the hot-tub, keeper and mysterious key loot. Any subtle hints for the last one?
Renault on 17/4/2012 at 15:00
@Emerald Wolf -
No. Does knocking him out with the blackjack give you a secret? I never tried.
Since you seemed to have most of the story figured out, you might as well know too that the placement of the blackjack (along with some info in the journal at the holding cell) strongly hint that Garrett and Basso may have been somehow involved in the zombie outbreak.
Last secret:
First hint: Somewhere in the final area.
Second hint: On the ship.
Third hint: Look for a small switch that opens the door to the Captain's quarters.

I hadn't considered that Garrett might be behind the outbreak... I thought he was passed out dead-drunk at home for a week.
Anyway knocking out the keeper with the BJ doesn't trigger the secret but pressing the floating button behind him does even when he's still standing. Theres also a floating "gas" arrow up there and tripping over it will knock out the keeper as well.
Now off to find that secret (lets see if two hints are enough)
Edit: Yay! got them all. Needed the third hint but at least it was easier than finding the compass.
