T2 FM: Bad Hangover, April 15th, 2012 - an entry for the Reloaded Contest #2

I've got a question related to the red lockpick in South Quarter (near the dead end which is labeled with a stack of barrels on the map) with the serial number "768515A"

According to the bock I've found:

A = sequence A -> XXYXYY
5 = normal order, not reversed
1 = start with square lockpick

Thus:
Square -> Square -> Triangle -> Square -> Triangle -> Triangle

However, I had to use

Triangle -> Triangle -> Square -> Triangle -> Square -> Square

to pick the lock. Can you point me towards the mistake I made in interpreting the serial number?

stuck at the beginning
ive been to the bookstore and have gone over the fence did code flipped switch. but im clueless on how to open the gate to get to next area (found the small door with frobable thing inside) do i have to put something in there? Help :confused:

Yes you do. You need to find something in the City Watch Storage which you use first.

@ intruder. Odd - I just checked it out and the proper sequence opens it for me.

@intruder - yeah, going from memory, the sequence sounds right. I remember the first red lock requires the triangle to start, and the 2nd one is the opposite of that. I was going to ask if had the EP or another mod installed, but I don't think that would do it. :confused:

No, I don't have anything else installed besides your mission. But nevermind, I was able to pick the lock after all :D

Still trying to find the bookstore backdoor. I know about the hatch under the stairs from the original level...but there is no lock around.:confused: I will check around the area you told me again. I can't believe I'm missing someone everyone else found!:angel::thumb:
