I managed to get into the storage near the blocked arch to the docks, found 2 barrels of explosive powder
I have also a coil and read 3 books in the bookstore.
I cannot proceed. No luck with power, or getting any gate open. Need a hint please.

There's a fenced off area near the fountain. You need to get in there.
Or do you need a hint on what to do with the power?

I can only
enter in numbers for the power setting but nothing happens afterward.

Have you worked out what the correct numbers should be? It's a bit of a puzzle.

That is an orange lock which needs a 3rd lockpick which you will get later on.
