Or maybe it's time to update your computer :p
Since no one appears to be able to tell us what exactly needs to be updated in any of the aforementioned cases where the mission doesn't run smoothly, this does not seem to be such a good idea. Compare, for example, frobbin hoods system specs (3.2G i5 Proc, 8G Ram and 2G graphics) to mine (2.3G i3, 4G RAM, unknown amount of video RAM). From these, one would rather guess it would be time to
downgrade frobbin hoods computer. Weird.

Frobbin Hood prob sounds very strange indeed they may wish to ensure that the graphics card is performing as it was intended initially, perhaps re-seating it if needs be or try benchmarking the graphics card or swap out for a compatible card from a friend - try Si Soft Lite or NovaBench as a start.
My previous AMD system (Athlon 2.1GHz and Radeon 9550 512Mb with 1.5GHz DDR2 was almost identical to Baeuchlien's old system I think and found it very hard to run quite a few newer FM's TLLK , Rose Cottage etc on all but low res. My new system (after 12 years with the old one) Intel i3 4130 3.40GHz (not overclocked), 4Gb RAM on a MSI board plus MSI Geforce GT 740 2GB DDR5 and Win 7 Ultimate runs like clockwork with all FM's so far. It runs Bad Venture at 60FPS excepting traversing rooftops although movement is relatively unaffected.

Is it possible that the user's settings in cam_ext.cfg affect performance? I've never used all these options except new_mantle.

I have completed this beautiful FM on it's easiest difficulty first as I love to take my time looking at the amount of work and detail authors put into their FM's - without constantly having to watch my back for AI's intent on dispatching me. I saw a reference to the Zombie House, would some kind taffer give me a gentle hint please (if the area is available on this level). TIA

Duffer, Zombie house: NW of the map between the House of Science and the city wall. You need a rope arrow.

Kin....without letting out too much,
the key that you found in the police station...try some "hedge cutting" on the same side as the police station but a little further on.:cheeky:
After looking everywhere by the police station, still can't find it.

Duffer,
Zombie house: NW of the map between the House of Science and the city wall. You need a rope arrow. Thanks Soul Tear, I think I may have visited there,
the attic? it took me quite a while to figure out (if I have the correct place you hinted on). I had to
lay a booby trap for the unexpected guest as I got caught out the first time I attempted to bag the loot!. I still only have half the loot Ca. 4200 though so I still have a lot of searching to do! Loving this FM.
Just another Q. (anyone) Is there any way
into the blood splattered room viewed from the slot cut into the wall accessed through the windows under the entrance to the Tavern?
Acolyte6 on 9/1/2015 at 23:15
In the area of the entrance tower, to the right of the mech store there's a locked sewer cover. How do I get it open? Where's the key? I've knocked everybody out except Adeline. I'm guessing the sewers are the way in to the tavern and science area. Any help would be great :)

Ok, I hate to have to break down and ask, but where is the guard hut/barracks, with archers on the top and you get the forest key? I've read all 13 pages of posts and ran around the map for over three hours now. All posts about it just tells you how to get in, but I can't even find the place... Starting to feel stupid knowing I'm missing something obvious here:tsktsk:
Also I never could find the gas trap cut-off in the stairwell, directions? I'm already past there, just curious because I spent a bunch of time looking.
Edit: After posting, I kept searching and the barrier to the forest had dropped, I had already checked that many times, I don't know why its different this time, I've done nothing... weird. Anyways, I'm on the right track again.

Thank you Fortuni - and for the loot list too.
Dark_Garrett, you need to crouch as you proceed up the last set of stairs to the bedroom door, looking to the wall, just below eye level and expertly concealed!.
Ok. glad you found it before I posted- tricky wasn't it!
