Go to second floor, use a rope arrow on the burrick head, use an earth arrow, wait few minutes and steal the purse from the merchant.

I've been at least two hours all over the east end of the map. I've got a key from the [spoiler]police station[/spoiler] where the heck am I supposed to use it?

I've got to say what a lovely map but the numerous liberties taken with conventional game play mechanics is wearing thin. At least I have a new machine with 12 gigs of ram so I've only experienced one buggered save with broken objects and slow frame rate.

Hi again!

Thanks for your hints! I considered myself an expert player, as I finished both Thief 1 and 2 at an expert level, but in this mission I feel like a rookie. For my excuse I can only say this is my first fanmission I have downloaded and am currently playing.

So, I have a couple of other questions:

1. You keep mentioning the forest key. Now I am afraid I missed something at the beginning of this mission :confused: Should it be obtained in the normal course of action or should I look for it in some specific well hidden place?

2. Can I open the metal door in the sewers at the beginning of the mission?

3. Where's that damned Zombie House ;)?

4. Can I break into the Mechanists' Store?

5. Can I break into the cellar in that lady's house? I keep circling around her property and I can see the cellar through the window, but to quote ATB, "like a moth in a window pane, I can see what I can't get" ;) Also, can I steal that golden goblet that i can see on her balcony?

5. There is a house near that guard whom I can see through the window but can't enter. It's near the Science House. It has a door that gets highlighted but I cannot open it. Again, am I missing something?

Yes. You can get Devastator in 1.1 and you can not use the old saves in 1.2.

SlyFoxx, for this fm enough 2 gigs of RAM, but requires a powerful graphics card. After an hour of play is better to do a reboot to release the video memory.
