T2 FM. Bad Venture - Old version (Released 12/25/14)

I want to play this mission, but I cannot get it to install. When I start FMSel, the zip appears on the list but I cannot install the mission. I get an error message which states: "Failed to extract FM archive, install aborted. Error: failed to open archive"
Also, when I try to open the zip file where it is located in the folder, I get an error message basically saying it cannot open the file "as archive".
I downloaded and tried all three links on the first page of this thread, but all results in the same. Is there something I need to be doing differently?

The zipped filesize is 491,519. (Version 1a)

Try looking at it in DarkLoader. If the info screen does NOT appear in DL, you've got a corrupt zip.

@Ricebug, I think you're looking at the wrong file, that's way too small. The most recent version is 1.2 and the size is 491,519.

Yup, it's only downloaded 218MB (218,000kb). I'll keep trying. It didn't say that the download failed though, I wonder what's going on with my computer? :devil:

edit: Now it's 479MB, but I get a different error message now when I try to install.
"MP3 to WAV conversion not possible, download libmp3lame.dll (see About box).
FM will not work properly, install anyway?"

It looks like you still didn't get the whole archive. As for libmp3lame.dll, first check to see if it's in your T2 folder. If it's not, you'll need it. You can download it from lots of places online. (http://www.down-dll.com/index.php?file-download=libmp3lame.dll&arch=32Bit&version=&dsc=) Here is one.

In FM Sel, on the bottom toward the right, there is a small gear icon. Click it and you'll get a drop down menu. At the bottom of that menu, click "About".
