Up to 7220 loot. Still haven't found those 3 secrets. I finally understand why it's called the zombie house. :)

Nice to see such a persistent admirer of my work. :)
Probably you'll be surprised when you find out where were hidden the others secrets.

Hah! Even you couldn't break the furniture without alerting the guard ! :D
I'm glad I watched your entire video because I never saw that
creepy dead keeper room.
Anyway, if you don't want to reduce the object count (Which I understand, this is so far one of the most beautiful/atmospheric mission) maybe try to do this (
http://dromed.whoopdedo.org/dromed/reducing_object_count) for the aeras where the lag is more persistent ?

I made the lite version. Now it is tested on slow PC. :)
But I will read this article. I did not know about it.

Just a word to the wise - that article was written in 2008, before the release of NewDark, so not everything in it may be entirely accurate or appropriate any more. Grouping objects is still a good idea when it can be done, however.

A smooth walkthrough that one.
Just out of curiosity, what are your system specifications?
OS, CPU, graphics card, RAM and monitor resolution.

Mine is Windows 7-x64 Ultimate
i7-3770k 3,56 Ghz, ATI HD7870 2GB DDR5, 8 GB RAM, monitor res: 1280x960 60HZ vsync enabled in Catalyst Control Center. I don't like tearing...
But your rig seems to run the missions pretty well, even at the start of mission. I could only get around 30-40 fps right at the start. Felt so sick that I had to stoy playing.

bassoferrol,
My AMD single core (3500 GHz) system, 2 GB RAM, WinXP, with a semi-OK 2 GB graphics card plays like crap in some parts of the "heavy" version of the game - especially the beginning. Once in the "compound" streets, the guards patrol at about 1 step per 2 seconds. It is not playable. I cannot move. I get maybe 0.5 fps? Once they leave my view, I can then move again and get decent fps. BTW - I turn off WiFi and Virus scanning so the single core CPU does not have to compete.
Alternately, my quad core Xeon (2.8 GHz) HP workstation running Win 7 Professional, 6 GB of RAM , with an old NVidia 1 GB graphics card does just fine on the "heavy" version. Virus scanner and WiFi are left on with this rig.
Your i7 rig should not play poorly, yet it does. There has to be some common reason it plays terrible on higher end systems, yet OK on some lower end ones.

I also get 30-40 fps at the starting area, central and western districts of the city.
