I went through SOME of the sewers...I killed some kind of a creature child thing...I then stumbled upon his family near camp fires but I left them alone. In the sewers I have climbed up 3 big ladders leading to the street. One in the very beginning, one down an alley near where the guard is in the courtyard and another one...
Do I need to spend more time in the sewars?<br />Maybe I'll go back and kill that kids family...not because I'm a mean guy, but because I'm frustrated with this level...LOL!

I won't give too much away, but you need to go back down into the sewers with the funny little creatures and find a couple of keys, then find a different way out using those keys. <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

I must be the only taffer out there that can't find the hotel! I visted every room in town, searched every guard, visited and stole every note, key, and treasure from the Mechanist rooms, the fire escape sleeping man, the sewers (incl. Sewer Man tower), the "kitchen/take-out restaurant", the jail and the Guard outpost. [NOTE: I couldn't find the key to the second safe in the Guard outpost, either. Perhaps there's a map or directions in there?]
Perhaps, my problem is that I have not knocked anyone out, yet. Is the guarded gate facing the restaurant important? But so far every barred area can't be accessed.
Please help.

Well, since you've thread every ground possible in that mission, something tells me you might have bumped into that hotel without realising it.
You did emerge on the other side of the sewers, did you? If you did, there's no reason why you can't find the hotel.

Yes I passed through the sewers ... that's where the jail, guard outpost, and the restaurant (there are two boggeys in the back) are located. Yet, every path outside has bars and I can't frob them.

Ya know, ever since the last time I beta-tested that mission, I've been really paranoid....every night before I go to sleep, I always check to make sure there's nothing under the bed. And the drain-hole in my bathroom that leads to the sewers below...I'll nail the cover shut (1 nail added every night, reinforced with The Lord's Prayer. So now, my bathroom is so chockful of nails I cannot even shower).
I have managed to successfully format some...traumatic memories of that mission from my mind for the sake of my own sanity and preservation. As soon as I have the courage to go back there again, I'll take note of things and let you know the answer to your question...I only ask that you pray for me that I'll survive the trip...

I found the Hotel. The problem was that every barred archway was impassable; therefore I didn't investigate closely enough. Anyway, I got to the hotel and stole everything, but I missed the scroll or book (or conversation) pertaining to Benny's death.
I wonder if there's something in that second safe in the guard station? I couldn't find the key anywhere, nor could I pick the lock as I did on the first.

I'm almost done with Benny's Dead but I'm about 45 shy of 2000 to finish (Spicy difficulty). Any obscure loot hiding places? And I haven't been able to open one last safe (the one most mentioned in archived posts). I've been all over the place and have mostly a free run of Moth but still can't finish. Any help would be appreciated.
By the way, this mission is outstanding. What is the progress of the other missions?

I too am into Bended at the spicy level. I can't seem to find out who did him in. I've been all over the hotel and found nil! There is a safe behind the bar though. Did you get the four masks in the room behind the guard where the key to Ben's room is located?
Where do I find ben's killer clue?
