need some help i need to figure out how to get in libary,also where yellow stone is also how to open wall safe in church,also looking for a gear for clocktower,also there is a door at the bottom of some stair i cant access and need to find a way into crypt

any help to lead me in the correct direction would be appreciated

not sure what next step is

already found sword,admin keys,hall keys and pegan sling also found those arrows that bring the dead alive
