Ingredients:
Skull - In crypt under Hammerite church
Frog egg - At the left of the river, near the waterfall
Mushroom - on a ledge in the chasm, near the spider tunnels.
Put them in the fire brazier in the mage's tower and use a flare/fire arrow to light the brazier.

Yeah, they can be gathered already. I would recommend that, the less time you spend near the Wraiths the better. :)

I have scaned the hell out of the leadges by the spider cave and I still cant find the mushroom...please help.
got it...it was in the water below...maybe a bug or I threw it down there.
