i never found key, but i found another way up there other side elevator i think i used a rope arrow to get up there or in church part use rope arrow on beams above but beware of hammers

I never actually found that either, even after pretty thorough searching, I ended up shooting the elevator button on the top floor with a moss arrow as to not disturb the Hammers. Emergent gameplay! :p

Emergent gameplay! :pSorry, but there is no key for that elevator button lock (the priest has one, but he keeps it safe from nimble fingers) As mentioned, there are a couple of ways around that obstacle.
