There is nothing you should need to do, other than open the door to Room 212, so I suspect you might have a corrupt download, or a conflict with local copies of tnhscript or NVscript on your system.
After you grab the downpayment and the sextant (both NVFrobToggle) you can then grab the letter (tnhScript TrapFrobInert) which completes the Room 212 objective and opens Bafford Downs.

Have enjoyed playing this one. Like others, in mission 2, I only got to the Lab the unintended way and never found the correct one.
Also way short on loot and secrets.
I shall definitely play this again - when there is a definitive list of secrets!

I tried downloading the mission again.
This time it shows version 1.1.
I have been playing version 1.0.
I installed version 1.1, started it, then made a save.
Then I grabbed the saves from 1.0 and pasted them into the save folder of 1.1, hoping the problem would be fixed. Nope.
I also tried copying tnhscript and NVscript from version 1.1 and overwrite those files in version 1.0. That didn't work either.
At this point, I can only restart the mission in version 1.1 and hope the problem does not recur, but I'm not feeling that yet. Somewhere down the road I'll try again.

I appreciate you trying. The only thing I can suggest is to start from the beginning and automatically skip mission 1 for now (Ctrl-Shft-Alt-Del) since you were already close to the end of the first mission. At the start of mission 2, read everything on the table before you read what's on the floor. That way you will have missed virtually nothing important. Really, the funner parts are ahead of you. You can go back and replay Mission 1 when you feel like it.

i have completed all the objectives of mission 3 but the doors to bafford downs just will not open. I switched the lever in the teller booth and that didn't work either. I killed a rat (my last unchecked objective) and that didn't do it either lol. What am i doing wrong?

The lever in the teller booth takes a while. How long did you wait?
