Does anyone know how many secrets are in this mission? The stats screen doesn't say.
[SPOILER]I found the special sword in the basement where all the coffins are. There's a small area which sort of joins 2 rooms together. On the floor of that area is carved stone with lettering which you can't read. The wall has a full length panel with a picture of a guy holding a shield. I just clicked on that panel. The panel doesn't light up and I never found anything to indicate there's a sword there. I was just clicking around and just got lucky.[/SPOILER]

It's been awhile. WOW what a mission!!! I loved it, but I do love un-dead missions.
One question though..... how do I bless the sceptor? Tell me what I need. I think I have it all but can't get the objective to check off. So spell it out for me.

There is a "pool" upstairs (it looks more like a big kitchen sink). In each of the side rooms, there is a button you have to push to "rebless" the pool. One is fairly easy to spot, the other one is hidden but not too hard to find. I think it's behind a tile that you can frob. After you have pushed both buttons, just dump the sceptre in the pool (or maybe you "use" it on the pool. I don't quite recall) and the objective should tick off. :)

Once again you have come to my rescue. I knew you would. Us girls stick together.
Funny thing is, I found the more difficult switch with no problem, maybe because I was hiding and crouching in that very spot, but I will go back and look for the other one. I had an idea that there was more than one because of one of the scrolls/books stating switches in plural but just didn't see any others.
Also did you notice the squares on the walls that stand out when the lantern is used?
Never did find a use for the mysterious squares. Maybe they are used in an easier level, no?

Hi, Diana! I didn't know it was you. You keep popping up under different nicks, just to keep me guessing! I don't recall the squares on the walls that you mentioned, so I honestly don't know if that's just a visual thing or if you can do something with them. Glad I could help out, though. :)

After searching through other threads regarding this fan mission, I didn't see the answer to my (extremely lame) question, so...Umm, I've looked everywhere for the friggin' key to get the scepter, which I assume is in that [SPOILER]room behind the altar on the first floor[/SPOILER] I'm playing on expert and have completed the other objectives and have found what seem to be all the secrets, including the [spoiler] zombie killing sword [/spoiler] I've checked all the bodies (I think) and have looked everywhere else. My guess is that it's in some painfully obvious place that I've simply overlooked.

sorry that this reply isn't helpful (I can't remember many details in that mission), but I just laughed when I read the title, which to me sounded like there is "damned help" and it's in the "cathedral" :D :laff:

The "Ritual Storage" key should be lying on the floor upstairs, in one of the rooms with the switches to rebless the Pool of Holy Essence. It's beside a skeleton. :)
