into the too tight hole in the wall of the destroyed cathedral kitchen to enter the waterway. I swam, or dropped, down the waterfall and then swam some more. I don't have the key to the door at the end. Impossible to get back to the cathedral to search some more. Where did I miss the key?
Someone else posted that it was not possible to get out of this area after the long drop down but this is NOT the case. It is possible to get back out of this and I've done it. I was actually able to:
swim back up the waterfall. I'm sure its not supposed to work this way but as many things are in the mission it appears to be broken. Once I swam back up I was able to squeeze back through the small hole and back into the crypt area. I had to manuver myself though so that I entered the hole on a downstep, otherwise you can't fit in. You may also have to lean forward once you start in. It was really tight but I've done it multiple times so I know it works.
Mook - you reached the end - that last door is frobbable, but the mission should end before you even try to pick it open.
I had a slight bit of choppiness when I climbed out the manhole into the first main area - but not nearly enough to kill the game for me. I thought the level was alright, but it definitely needs to be polished up a bit. Also, I thought it was pretty hard - I had to stay glued to this forum just to find all the equipment. And I felt like the AI could see me way too easily, which was very frustrating when I didn't have any BJ or Sword at the start! Also, even though there were hints to things like the Crypt Key location, I never could find it where it was actually hidden until I read Ravenhook's notes.
This is a very good "rough draft" Raven - better than I could ever do, no doubt. I would just suggest maybe polishing up some of these complaints and maybe re-releasing it in the near future. At any rate, I look forward to the sequel.

I had no choppiness (for a change) with A64 3400+ and GeForce 6800 GT. I did find lots of sound bugs. As previously mentioned, there are no objectives on 2 of 3 skills (all normal). I played without objectives, meeting all the objectives listed elsewhere, and the mission did not end where it should have. Got all 6015 loot.
Yes, it is possible to go back out that hole. When going out, it helps to lean forward and walk forward to get started and then squirm around, going from crouch to no-crouch once inside the hole.
I had fun playing it. I would be worthwhile to fix it if you can. :)

I think I've gotten about halfway thru this mission...but I cant find the lockpicks anywhere....

You find them almost right at the beginning of the mission. I took this from my notes. You begin in a crate. Leave it, open grate in the wall and climb a ladder. Open a sewer hatch and you'll emerge into compound. Turn left, enter an open storage area where you'll find some water arrows in bucket. Use the rock in far corner to push down a pressure plate behind the left-hand post by back wall. Go back outside, turn right past the sewer hatch, then right again. Climb a ladder to a ledge. Go through a grate (opened with pressure plate below) into a secret storage area. You'll find lots of equipment including your BJ & lockpicks. (Don't miss the mines that are on floor by table legs)

Has this mission ever been fixed with the frame rate? Everything moves too slow. I've managed to run around and find some things like food and water arrows, but it is ridiculous.

Where is the rope arrow?
Ravenhook on 5/7/2009 at 09:08
Um, without playing through it I thought that they were at a secret room at the other end to the one that you open with the rock
I cant remember how you open the grating..I thought it was a wheel on a pipe..I will have a run through it this afternoon.
