Nah...I've had it. Can't do it. Burned out. Writer's block. Now, I have time to write walkthroughs for the other FMs. This is much more enjoyable.
The only other thing I will most likely do is consolidate the Strife missions into one campaign.

The maintenance key doesn't unlock the mine gate near the ladder (after getting the blackjack)? Got up to the lava beast, but that was a dead end.

Sounds like you're missing the Crane Door key Printer's Devil.
Did you visit Elmer the Giant? If/when you take the mine cart, get to the gap and over it you reach an elevator and a gate switch. Use both and descend to find Elmer.

Stunning architecture in lava room, i almost got heart stop when looking down from the rope :D
In part 1, i liked the episode when lava burrick chased me, but then it got his eye on the green orc with a Bj, he desiried to help me insted.
seems burrick was very satisfied of that action :)

Actually I had found that one myself already by frobbing the highlighted 'panel', but this way the 'secret sound' did not get triggered.
Hmm ... is there any other loot except for 11 purses + a pair of coins ?

This game kinda reminds me of that one where you also drop down into a hole & chasm. Can't remember the name of it, but it was the first time I saw 4 diff elemental mage's and heard their 4 diff chants in one game...
Anyhow, I just defeated the fire elemental in the beginning, where the lava pit is. Is there a key to the gate or do I have to jump over the broken track? I've tried it several times from diff angles and I can't stick. Now the slow-fall potion. Am I supposed to 'fly' down somewhere instead ? :confused:

You'll find a key to that gate in a bit. For now, you're on the right track but you need to use a rope arrow to get over the broken part of the track.
I've played this twice in the last week and really enjoyed it. Excellent FM, Ricebug and I've very sorry to hear it will be your last. :(
