If you are talking about the gems stuck in the wall murals, then you should be able to jump up onto the ledges in front of them. From there, it is an easy reach.

Have you made it far enough in the mission so the door to the Shrine of Akasha is open?
(the door to the shrine is located along a walkway high up in The Darkthrone room)
If yes, you need to
