I have the same problem with Windows 2000, I return on the desk as soon as I begin to play.
I have all the latest scripts

Sensut - finished the mission under 98SE without any script problems.
The only problem I had was that if I tried to load a savegame once the game had already started, it crashed to desktop with a C++ runtime error in Thief2.exe
This happened whether I quickloaded, or quit to the main menu and tried to load from there. However, on restarting the game from Darkloader, any savegame loaded perfectly.

I unzipped the game and moved the patch to the main directory and also installed the scripts from the zip then zipped it all up again now the game loads I start playing can see myself in a mirror but as soon as I open the door to outsidewhere there is a guard and a girl yelling the game crashes back to the desktop ... grrr

It makes the same thing when I put the patch, I cannot go out of the house because I return on the desktop

A 3rd version for Win2000? :erg: It seems under win2000 don't working any on screen script. I'll remove all of the onscreen clues, but the game will be hard without these clues

Does anyone else have got frame rate problems after dropping the amulett into the coffin? I've got a report of someone who for this reason can't finish the mission. He doesn't speak English, so I'm asking this on his behalf.

Has he tried dropping it in a different part of the coffin?

Probably this is an issue of the script module replacement, because the original script don't working same as the public script in any events... This mission was a big lesson for me and now I find a solution to eleiminate all of the extra scritps and make a mission what working on any systems. :erg:
But this take a time, and I'll release in the final campaign, I need to rebuild in half this mission.
