The clue for this part is a little hard to figure out. You need to shoot the arrows at the edges of the portal itself. (the sparkly field part). Moss arrow at the top, fire arrow at the bottom, gas arrow at the left side and water arrow at the right side. :)

I have all the talisman except for one, the air one. I have found the statue and read the plaque. I've brought zombie parts, human corpses, I've even gotten a ghost to attack me on top of it.. But, I'm still stuck. Could someone tell me how to get the talisman? Thanks

Have you found the [SPOILER]sacrificial dagger [/SPOILER] yet?
If not, then [SPOILER] go into the sanctuary on the main floor and up near the front, in all the rubble, you'll find it lying on the floor. Then go back out to the cemetary, stand on the stone in front of the statue and use it. Then move because sometimes the talisman hits you on the head. :-)[/SPOILER]

I have got all the loot and opened the portal, but whenever I go through, I just fall and splat on the floor. I still need to find the relic (Where is this?) and return to where I started to finish the mission.

Not quite. You need to go through the portal to finish, but not until ALL the other objectives are completed. Otherwise, as you said, you go splaatt!!
[SPOILER]The "relic" is in the secret room where you got the objective to re-open the portal. Just in case you never actually got that objective, down a floor or two from the portal, there's a library. There's a book that lights up in there. Sometimes you have to frob it twice to get it to work. It opens a door in the hallway and in there you'll find the relic.[/SPOILER]

Welcome to the forum, XSpidercideX! (Interesting name, by the way.:))
You need to have all 4 talismans, so you still have to find two more. I don't know how much help you want. It's a good idea to mention whether you just want hints or out-and-out spoilers.
The other two Talismans are both out in the Graveyard. You also require special equipment to get both of them. There are hints inside the house that tell you what you need.
Here are spoilers, in case that's what you want:
Air Talisman: [SPOILER]There is a special sacrificial dagger lying in the rubble near the front of the Sanctuary. Take it out to the graveyard, where you'll see a statue of Azrael. Stand on the plate in front of the statue and "Use" the dagger. You'll be cut and a drop of blood falls on the plate. This brings the Air Talisman down. It's a good idea to get out of the way, because sometimes it bonks you on the head! :joke: [/SPOILER]
Earth Talisman: [SPOILER]Down in the basement, i(n the section that's got only a bit of water on the floor, not down in the totally flooded rooms), there's a flour can lying in the water by a table. You can pick it up, but it doesn't go into your inventory. It's really an explosive mixture. Take it out to the graveyard and look for a cave that is sealed off by a bunch of rocks. There is a fire arrow lying on the ground in front of the cave, so it's easy to find. Put the flour can down by the rocks and use the fire arrow to make it explode. It blows away the rocks and you find the Earth Talisman in the cave. [/SPOILER]
