When following the bug spider, I keep getting killed. When I enter the room w/ the dark blue spider, the spider is all the way @ the other end of the room. I hug the walls hoping that I used the same path, but get killed every time. :mad: Is there any way to this easier, or did I miss something that would make this task easier.:) :confused:

Just wait for him to make his way back to you and then follow him. He should keep walking his patrol route over and over again.

I am curious. I am already way done with this mission at this point, but I noticed that using the same route as the "scarab" didn't work without the scarab present either. Did you set up some clever way that the traps are functional unless the bug is present in a given location?

No, not at all. For the map, go to [spoiler]the big stone face and do what the plaque is instructing you to do: take the passage to its left (that means if you are facing the face take your right passage). There is a room with a short corridor facing a picture of a vulture and ending with a sarcophagus. The map is lying on the floor in there.[/spoiler]

OK, OK Gloria, here you get it:
[spoiler]Did you find the blue spider "bug"? Follow that thing closely, until you reach a crawl space and enter it. Follow this small passage until you reach an exit to the right. Now, exit the crawl space and walk over to the pillar surrounded by lava and sword firing mages. Run around that lava. There is an altar with the staff floating above in the air on the other side.[/spoiler]
