Hmm, that's odd. So the script modules are there in the thief 2 folder but they are still not being loaded?

I had some similar problems in "Tell Tale Heart". Some control devices failed sometimes. I am sure in time that our scripters will solve some of the issues. ;)

Yeah, well the much improved monolog in 1.19 tells you when script modules fail to load. In this case, NVScript and Public script fail. If I replace NVScript with the latest version (the one in the ZIp is from 2007) then it loads correctly. However, there is no newer version of Public script to try, so I think I may have to release a NewDark update to both affected missions (and there are probably more of mine that are affected by this) where I have gone through and rescripted the stuff that relied on Public to use something from NV or tnhScript. That will probably take me a while and I plan to wait until I get Beta 2 of Drymian Codex to my testers before I tackle it, since that will bring a lull in my work. So hopefully before the end of the year I can update Deathmatch and DP2 and any other of my FMs that have this issue with fixes for NewDark.

I ran 4th planet through New Dark a while back and it worked just fine, if I recall correctly I used Tellimand and NV scripts in it, you might check it out to see what is going on.

Happy day! There was in fact a later release of Public script than I was using and it seems to work correctly.

This only contains updated script modules, named correctly for this mission. I recommend adding them to the mission ZIP (overwrite those in the ZIP already) and updating them in there before installing through Darkloader. If it doesn't work for you, please let me know. At some point soon I will update the mission completely for NewDark and will include the new scripts as well.

Yes, I tried it a few years ago. This mission does NOT work properly AT ALL in multiplayer.:(
The multiplayer patch was never suited for custom scripts, as they don't seem to get broadcasted online. Only gen.osm and convict.osm are multiplayer compatible AFAIK.
For Monster Arena I had to rework how my AI spawned so that it did not require a custom script for this reason.
Also, do note, if you use the NewDark version of this mission (assuming Yandros released it) it is impossible to even run this FM as the multiplayer patch is incompatible with NewDark.
