No I have not found a pole anywhere. I do have a part for a third antenna repair kit but it is unusable.

By coincidence, my
cell phone has an
antenna, and it shows the signal strength using
bars. Does that suggest where to look?

Ok I found the problem. I restarted the game and used the file to cut the bar and it came off and I was able to pick it up. The first time when I originally started the bar cut and leaned to one side but did not come off. The bar is still there but I cannot frob it to pick it up.
