.....tryed it again now.....
looking around a bit more and -I assume- just by looking at that symbol further in the room did the trick... Thank you again urgrue !!!

Hi people!! I really need some kind heart to help me make the @%#^%$ burned remains .I have 4 hearts, the 3 dewdrops, the foreseer and all the other stuff and I am crawlling up and down the caves. I have become more than I was, I have passed from there where only some shall pass I have all the chronicles and I am getting a bit tired.. Another thing, on the ceilling of the hall outside the power ups, there is a "sun symbol" (a dot inside a circle) I don't remember if I have already pressed it before, or what it did.. It makes a sound as I frobb it... What is it for?

@nightchild: your solution to finding the remains to burn is around that part of the caves with the many teleporting doors in the room with several crossing bridges and platforms above lava. You need to find a 5-sequence of entering those teleporting doors that will eventually lead to that the teleporting no longer happens. That allows you to find a cave that has two larger mummies and one smaller mummy in recesses in the cave floor.

I need the way to make them, not the ingredients ( at least, so I think..)

In order to solve the teleporting doors puzzle (so the doors stop teleporting you), you need to find a correct 5-sequence of passing though doors. Not sure how many correct sequences there are, but I stumbled into one, which I re-used in my next playthrough. I think the row of symbols (B in the screenie) 'records' your moves, and it's reset if you hit the 'u' switch that takes you back to the top level. The symbol by 'A' in the screenie tells that 'this is where you end up if you walk through a door that has this symbol flowing from it'.
Not sure how the top platform and the bottom platform (down by the lava) fit into this, but you want to end up at least once in each of those places, since there is loot there.

I haven't made it back to the red caves yet. Had to backtrack to do some clean-up. Anywayz... I have several inventory items that need clarifying. What do these do? Or, what are they used for, if anything?
* Thick Rags
* Putty Knife
* Brace & Bit (Hand drill)
* Beeswax
* Trickster's Breath
Other questions to follow, but these should suffice.
