Thanks for the help, but I still have problems:
1. I tried to get enhancement vision potion, but I tried for hour to mix dead rat blood with blessed water. I can't drink these potions and I heard there is a special way of mixing them. I tried their holy versions. Holy blood I can drink, but it does nothing. Holy water is just blessing my water arrows. Drinking both of them doesn't give me improved vision potion. I tried to drop one ingredient and use on it second ingredient, but this too doesn't work. I really have no idea what to do.
2. I can't find explosive device anywhere. There is no such thing in armoury. Only couple of mines. Which means I can't progress main objective.
I also have no idea how to solve other 2 optional objectives:
3. I tried to get pirate treasure. I believe it's in pirate cave, which is accessible through underwater passage at the north of main island. I read about this in walkthrough. The problem is that I can only see 2 underwater caves at north and they both lead to prison area.
4. I also have a problem with doing sabotage. I put metal rod between gears of generator on small island. But nothing happened. Generator is disabled and to do anything I probably need to turn it on, but I have no idea how.
And out of curiosity:
5. What's the intended way out of prison? Thanks to walkthrough I found a secret by shooting red switch through a grate and that led me out of prison. But this is really awkward secret and can't be intended way out. This really bug me. How to get out of prison intended way?
After so many hours of playing I have decided to give up. This mission is too much for me. I can play with lag at center of main island. Main island works like maze, I got lost there a lot of times. It's annoying, but I can live with that. But using cryptic stuff without explanation how to do that is so frustrating. Just reading walkthrough was enough to give me a headache. Most of the solutions require from player to just know what to do. There is no explanation. That's so unfair, but the thing that annoyed me the most was eternal darkness. No matter of gamma setting shadow will always be black. The only solution is lantern, but it's range is very small. That's why exploring the island and water is just no fun. There is this darkness even in houses on small island! What the hell! There is normal shadow in main complex, but on small island there must be eternal darkness everywhere. Pretty much even with lantern I still feel blind.
In conclusion, this mission is just not for me. I admire all people that managed to beat this mission.

If you get into the
ventilation system you will eventually find
an exit to the sewers. You can get out from there. Look for a
low crawl tunnel, being careful to avoid the
patrolling haunt.

Wait, isn't key for
ventilation outside prison?

Not all
ventilation grilles inside the prison are locked.

I walked through the whole topic, but did not find a single question about where to get the ashes. It looks as if it lies somewhere in a prominent place. Where is it?

Some months ago I made this dml fix for this mission by request of somebody who had issues frobbing the foreseer in the caves. Some others had this problem, too.
Code:
DML1//Heartcliff Island//Foreseer Frobinert Bug; as soon as you enter the red caves where the Foreseer is located, FrobInert will be removed from the Foreseer and you can frob it.//miss20.mis.dml

What an incredible undertaking this mission is! My hat is off to qolelis for creating something this immense. I just finished with ~3500 loot and none of the optional objectives finished.
I got the foreseer, but I used a walkthrough to obtain it. I realized afterwards that I didn't have to use the walkthrough at all. I couldn't figure out how to get through the two cave doors, 1) with the different colored gems, and 2) where you pay your respects by frobbing the symbols. So I looked up how to get through these doors. It turns out, however, none of these doors lead to the foreseer. Instead it was back at the end of one of the top walkways where I had already been. I had just not gone to the end of that walkway after I had been able to switch off the teleportation mists. I instead progressed, but unknowingly passed the foreseer in the process. Anyways...
Two questions:
1) Is it possible to obtain the foreseer back at the prison? I "killed" the haunted guards by removing their back-hammers, but then it fell into the lava and I assume then got transported to the red caves. I am curious because if you have to let it teleport to the caves, then the mission isn't ghostable. If you can take it before, then it might be.
2) I ended up killing the most-freakishly-terrifying-zombie-woman-you-have-ever-seen in the bottom prison cell with a fire arrow. However, this might not have been smart, as it seems like she might be integral to a ritual or something down there with the spiral on the floor. Is she important to any optional or hidden objective? I just have to restate: She is the most terrifying thing I have ever seen in a video game. There is just something about her stitched together body parts, jerky movement, and lack of walking sound or voice that freaks me out beyond belief. I never wanted to set my foot in that room ever again after I saw her the first time, yet I am drawn to that area for that exact reason. To face my fears, I guess...

Followed Ricebug's walkthrough to find the remaining loot and get all the optional objectives + endings. Only found 3667 loot on my own and none of the optional objectives...:p Technically, I managed to finish without a walkthrough on the standard ending (G). I did notice a few "errors" in the walkthrough though:
1) You don't need to shoot both antennas with a fire arrow to finish the sabotage objective, only the metal rod and the antenna on the west island will do. At least for me.
2) The putty knife definitely has a use; you can remove either the moss or the thick rag used to plug the drain in the colored box puzzle room to reach the pirate treasure. This is great for Supreme, since that means you can reset that room to near its original condition, and even return the rag.
3) Not an error per se, more a clarification: To destroy the foreseer on the I ending, you need to read the destruction spell when you are close enough to the foreseer to be affected by its reversal effect. Just walk up on the closest roof just underneath and when the controls are opposite, read the spell and it gets destroyed.
4) The picture text for the pirate key locations says two of the parts can be found at the base of the lighthouse, but that is not true. One is in a cave on the northern part of the east island, far away from the lighthouse. The third of course is in the laundry attic.
I never had a problem picking up the foreseer for any of the endings. I still don't know if you can get the foreseer while it's in the prison though, without taking out the haunts. Nobody answered my questions from the previous post...
