*colossal bump*
I know this thread is dusty and old, but it seems to be the best place to post my question. I've just finished playing this FM on Expert, and I'm trying to figure out where the Secrets are. So far I've found two:
# The wine bottle in the far corner of the top shelf in the eastern pantry.
# The lever in Priestess Kellar's room.
Any clues as to where the other two are?
This is a great FM BTW, with some really tense moments.

Welcome to the forums, Unkillable Cat! :) It's just fine to resurrect a "dusty old thread" here on the FM forums. Keeps things tidier when people are searching for help.
Now, let's see if I can remember where all the secrets are on Expert in this one!
You have 2.
#3 - a golden goblet tucked in beside a coffin in the crypts.
#4 - Hammer Temple - Rope arrow up to a hole in the ceiling to find a silver nugget. :)

Thanks for the help, and the warm welcome.
After making the previous post, I had a hunch that at least one of the secrets would be
down with the Haunts
, but I wasn't feeling very inclined to go look there. As for the other one, I had checked up there, but somehow I still missed it.
Now to find some more good FMs to play...

I'm playing this mission again for the first time in seven years (!) and need either a key or a nudge in the right direction. I'm ghosting on Expert. (I was led to this mission by the TIS thread.)
Here's the story:
I'm in the main security room with the big vault door on the second floor of the seminary. I've turned off all the cameras, so that's fine. There is one door near the security consoles that I don't have a key for. Down the hall is the plans room, and I don't have a key for that. Where would I find the key to get me going again? I think it might be in the secret in the priestess' sleeping quarters, and maybe I missed it.
I also found the metal gear that opens the door down to the secret cave area. I haven't gone down there yet because I figured I needed to open those two rooms in the seminary. If those keys are down in the secret cave area, just tell me so and I'm off.
Side point: it sounds weird, I know, but I rarely replay missions. I just lose the suspense of it if I know what's around every corner and behind every door. But I've found that if you don't play a mission in seven years, you forget almost all of it. So that means I can go back to all those old missions and replay them again at 90% newness. Fantastic.

Hello RonnieAlme, welcome back to a GREAT mission. This was my first time through this one, and I'm thankful for the TIS project in pointing out great missions like this, or otherwise I probably would have never found it. Anyway, as to your question:
You need to go to the "Plans Room" (It's on the third map; there is a very large table in the center for spreading plans out to read I suppose, and a set of cubby holes containing various sets of plans against one wall. There is a door on each side of the cubbys, go into the one on the right that's unlocked. I believe one of the gears was located on a table in this room. Walk up to the front center of the wardrobe and scale up onto it, then scale up to the ledge above it as it has an open area between the two rooms. It's in this second room that you will find the "Priests Key", which is the key that you need for those doors around the security control room. The is an alternate "Priests Key" that you can get down in the catacombs, it's just a bit more dangerous to obtain.

RonnieAlme - Just thought I'd point out that there are two "plans" rooms.

I know I shouldn't post questions at 1:00 a.m. because I'll probably figure out the answer myself the next time I play, but....
I can't figure out how to get into the vault. All of my other objectives are ticked off. I have a silver cog that goes somewhere, and I assume it has something to do with the vault. But what?
I love finding these great older missions. This one is up there with the very best. It could easily have been part of the original game.
edit...Sorry, I forgot to say I'm playing on Expert.

I need to replay HA again, it's been a while-great mission that could have been an OM if AsyluM was part of the T2 team.

The gear opens the inner double door to an elevator that leads to the vault.
To get to use the gear, you must first open the outer double door, which is locked by a magnetic lock. The switch for the magnetic lock is way down and east. Not far from the prison area (in fact, if you leave the prison area, you just take the first right, and right again). Another way to this area is down the broken elevator shaft (use slow-fall potion, or send up the elevator, hit the button down below with an arrow and jump onto the elevator as it passes by you).
The double door with the magnetic lock is in a room past the workshop where 'Terminator Servant' hangs out from the start.
