Actually, that's info_window, AsyluM.
Show_stats is for seeing the number of displayed polys (and other stuff) at any given moment while ingame, but info_window gives you a total count of brushes in the entire level.

I am playing on expert and can't find the blueprints. I have looked in the plans room off the dining room in the underground part. I found a map and some scrolls. Am I in the right area?

Nope, you're not in the right place for the blueprints. You need to [SPOILER] go to the Plans room that is down the hallway past the big vault door up in the main part of the building. In there, you'll find a clue about where to look for the blueprints and the gear to get into it. [/SPOILER] :)

Utterly stuck on Hidden Agenda.
[SPOILER]I have two acolyte's keys, two security keys, one silver cog/gear and NO priest's key. Can't find the underground room mentioned in various posts and can't get through the doors around the corner from the security vault. Im playing on hardest.[/SPOILER]
