Reason for update: Added Garrett's Young Years Campaign. This is more of a hint guide, while Zappenduster's got a line-by-line (http://www.ttlg.de/de/fm_walkthroughs/10172/gjj.htm) walkthrough. I've included comprehensive loot lists for all 4 missions, which should make things easier for those greedy taffers looking to scrounge every coin.

I dredged up all of the old posts on these walkthrough volumes and updated them with the correct link. Hopefully, this will ameliorate further issues.
